We guarantee your satisfaction with all Magnetone products. If you receive damaged, defective or incorrect items from Magnetone, you may return the products within 30 days of delivery. Upon receiving the items, we will send you replacements or issue a credit note.
To return items, please follow the procedures outlined below.
Request for a return form via email
Magnetone representative will email a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number to you and advise return instructions accordingly. Please note that you must have a RMA number in order to return items.
Email enquiry@magnetone.com.sg to request for Product Return/Exchange Form.
Upon receiving a RMA number, please proceed to return only the specified product and quantity as authorised for that particular RMA number. To help us expedite your returns, please indicate the following on the shipping label.

To return defective OPC drum
Please read specific requirements outlined below:
- Enclose at least 3 print samples.
- Mark print defects on print samples and if possible include a short note to describe print defects.
- Pack the drum with bubble wrap and original drum wrapping paper, to prevent further damage to its coating. Please ensure print samples do not come into contact with drum surface.
