Performance and Environmental Features Of Polyester-Based Toner
- Fusing temperature for polyester toner is lower than for conventional styrene- based toners, thus supporting faster print speeds while providing superior fusing and offset properties.
- Polyester toner particles are finer and more uniform in shape. This produces images that are sharper with more definition on text reproduction and finer dot gradations for halftones.
- Benefits the environment as it virtually eliminates gas emissions and foul odour that is usually present with the use of styrene-based toner.
