Credit Terms
Standard credit terms are net 30 days from date of invoice. To apply for a credit term, please contact Magnetone’s A/Cs Dept. Until your credit application is approved, orders will be shipped upon receipt of cash in advance or a confirmed, irrevocable letter of credit.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

We guarantee your satisfaction with all Magnetone products. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items(s) from Magnetone, you may return the products(s) within 30days of delivery. Upon receiving the item(s), we will send you a replacement(s) or issue a credit note. You will not be charged with shipping and handling charges for shipment of replacement items.

To return item(s), please follow the procedure outlined below.

  1. Request for a return form via email/fax.
  2. A Magnetone Representative will email a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number to you and advise return instructions accordingly. Please note that you must have a RMA number in order to return items(s).
  3. Email or fax us (65-6746 0779) the Product Return/Exchange Form.(link to Product Return/Exchange .pdf)
  4. Upon receiving a RMA number, please proceed to return only the specified product or quatity as authorized for that particular RMA number. To help us expedite your returns, please indicate the following on the shipping label.
    ATTN: LOGISTIC DEPARTMENT 
    PLEASE STATE (RMA NUMBER)

To return Defective OPC Drum
Please read the specific requirements outlined below:

  1. Enclose at least 3 print samples.
  2. Mark print defect(s) on print samples and if possible include a short note to describe print defect(s).
  3. Pack the drum with bubble wrap or original drum wrapping paper, to prevent damage to its coating. Please ensure print samples do not come into contact with drum surface.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Magnetone is always working to improve the quality and cost of shipping/delivery for our local and international customers. For this reason, shipping/delivery rates and policies are subject to change without notice.
